Mentorship & Leadership Programs
50/50’s Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program is open to our Members—women ages 18 and older who are eager to feel empowered and supported as they navigate life’s journey. This program creates meaningful connections by pairing each mentee with a mentor who can guide, encourage, and share experiences to help them thrive in the next chapter of growth.
The program is a 9-month commitment for both mentors and mentees. During this time, mentees receive consistent guidance, encouragement, and accountability while building skills and confidence for the future.
As a mentee, you can expect:
Time and Support: At least one hour of dedicated mentorship each month (either one longer session or two shorter meetings).
Consistent Communication: Open, respectful dialogue with your mentor, including timely rescheduling if conflicts arise.
Preparation and Participation: Coming to each meeting with questions, updates, and reflections to maximize your growth.
Goal Setting and Growth: Collaborating with your mentor to set realistic, meaningful goals and track progress together.
Our mentors undergo a vetting and trining process, and commit to the same 9-month journey. This ensures that every mentor brings not only experience and knowledge but also the dedication required to provide the best possible support. Once approved, mentors are thoughtfully matched with mentees to foster relationships built on trust, confidence, and lasting impact.
Through mentorship, we continue to stand alongside our Members beyond their first steps with 50/50 Leadership—helping women from all walks of life access the tools, networks, and encouragement they need to reach their goals and lead with strength.
