Mentorship

The mentorship program is open to women who have already completed 50/50 Leadership’s Money 101 Program. This program pairs a mentor to a mentee and allows us to keep in contact with our graduated members and support them through the next chapter of their growth. Our mentors have to go through a rigorous application process and must be able to commit to at least a one year engagement with the program. This ensures our mentors have the knowledge, and dedication that is necessary in order to provide the best support possible for the mentees in our program. After the mentors are approved, they are then carefully selected and matched with the mentee who
will be the best fit.
