Elaine Welteroth is a journalist, editor, and author. At age 29 she became the youngest editor-in-chief in Condé Nast's history. As the head of Teen Vogue she made important changes to the magazine by increasing coverage of politics and social awareness.

More Than Enough is reflective, honest, inspiring, and well-written. Welteroth’s story is about figuring out where you fit in, finding your passion, working hard, taking chances, breaking barriers, and following your dreams - and if you make mistakes along the way, that’s okay. The important part is preparing yourself and being ready to jump. You have to be ready to take advantage of opportunities when they come. In her own words, “If we aren’t vigilant, we can move through our entire lives feeling smaller than we actually are—by playing it safe, by unconsciously giving away our power, by dimming our radiance, by not recognizing there is always so much more waiting for us on the other side of fear. But when we are brave enough—to go there, to grab what we want, to tap into who we are—damn, it feels so good.”

Society often has a way of telling us that we are not enough. But that’s not true! You’re More Than Enough! Read this book! Be brave! Take chances and follow your dreams!
